good location and great breakfast

wide range comfortable bed

the breakfast offered a wide range of options for european tourists my wife is asian and though she wanted rice she was happy with the selection available the receptionists were helpful throughout my stay the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

the light in the bathroom was not working this was quite confusing overall this issue did not significantly detract from my stay however it did cause some inconvenience during my time in the bathroom.

the reception staff were helpful and readily provided assistance when needed they answered questions and ensured check-in and check-out processes were smooth the staff's attentiveness contributed positively to my overall experience at the hotel.

breakfast offered a wide selection of items suitable for various tastes there was a variety of pastries hot dishes and fruits i found the quality of the breakfast to be quite satisfactory and it offered a good start to the day.

the hotel's location allows for convenient access to the city center the city center is about fifteen minutes walk away the neighborhood around the hotel felt safe i walked around at night without any concerns.

The breakfast was decent (nothing too fancy).

The room I received was quite small and dimly lit. I also found there wasn't an available power socket near the bed, a pretty significant inconvenience.

professional staff comfortable atmosphere convenient baggage room

i have been a client for years. the professional staff always provides support i need. the hotel's atmosphere feels cute and comfortable. baggage room access is available if my flight is late after check-out, and a playroom is available for kids.

the heating radiator in my room stayed on. i was unable to adjust the temperature. this made sleeping difficult without earplugs.

the hotel is within walking distance to the city center. the neighborhood is quiet, and i felt safe walking around at night. teresa shevshenkos bus stop runs towards the city centre and is a short walk away. the location is ideal.
